COVID19

-Pre-booked clients only, no Drop ins allowed and will be turned away so call and book to avoid disappointment.
-Any clients (or their household) with flu like symptoms (cough +/- fever +/- loss of taste or smell 14 days prior the booked activity up to the time of the activity or visitors who have been advised to isolate by the governments test and trace service should not attend the riding school and call us immediately to rearrange.
-If you arrive for an activity and the riding school feel that you or someone with you are a covid risk due to the above reasons the riding school reserves the right to ask the client to leave and not carry out the pre-booked activity.

-ALL visitors must WASH or GEL HANDS at the office on arrival (All tack and hats are disinfected between clients)

-All clients and visitors MUST maintain social distancing at all times

-All clients and visitors MUST as a member of staff to sign them in on arrival (office)

-All clients and visitors MUST ask a member of staff to sign them out on departure at (office)

-No clients allowed in the office, tack room or feed room.

-Staff will be wearing either a face-covering or a visor if assistance with mounting or leading or required. Medical facemasks will be worn by staff if first aid is required.
-Please arrive 10 min before the booked activity (late arrivals risk the activity not going ahead)

-Leave promptly after their session is over (NO exceptions).

-NO more than 2 spectators with a client. Others will be asked to remain in their car (children MUST remain under their parents supervision and not be allowed to wander around- parent may be asked to return to their car with the child if this is a problem due to the safety of all)

-Client information will be kept and shared with the Covid test and trace service if this is deemed to be required. Unless the client an ongoing customer this will be destroyed after 21 days.
